Our real estate market has been fairly busy, even amid the pandemic and protests. We’ll get through all this together, safely, and hopefully, we’ll all be better afterward. The great news is that CNBC reported that homebuyers are coming back to the market now, after demand plummeted during the health crisis. Locally and nationally the number of showings has increased recently. However, the largest threat to recovery is that the housing supply remains at historically low levels.
